A good photo can only be a good photo with GREAT lighting! One thing that is often overlooked during a wedding is having amazing lighting. It can either make or break a photo. As a photographer, I consider lighting at all times, because I want to make sure that your photos turn out the best that it could be!
Great Quality Pictures
When you hire a photographer, you are surely expecting amazing pictures. Some couples are willing to spend a lot to have their wedding pictures taken. So of course, you want to get your money’s worth. This event can only be captured once, so you want to make sure that the pictures are of good quality and shareworthy.
Visually Aesthetically Pleasing
Having good lighting helps capture the vibe and the feelings, you want to look at every moment like how you were feeling it! It also helps compliment the theme of your wedding.
Best lighting according to location
Depending on the vibe you are going for, your pictures can also match the aesthetics with different lightings. Having good lighting doesn’t mean that every picture should be “white and bright”. You can discuss with your photographer what is the mood that you want to capture.
When is the best time to take pictures for great lighting
One thing I would recommend when it is a very hot day is to avoid taking pictures in direct sunlight early in the afternoon. You do not want to look sweaty in the pictures and oftentimes, you might be catching yourself glaring at the camera. Instead, try when the sun is setting for that romantic feel.
The concept of having good lighting should no longer be unnoticed, it must be essential and carefully thought out during your beautiful day. Hope this was a great reminder!
